Shipping

Shipping within Germany

• Standard Shipping: €4.50 for orders up to €39.99
• Free Shipping: on all orders from €40.00

Please note: delivery to DHL Packstations (parcel lockers) is currently not supported. Please provide a regular street address at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to more than 65 countries worldwide, including all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, and select countries across the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Africa.

International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The exact rate for your order will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Express International Shipping is available for orders shipped to the United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping carrier within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please note that customers outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery, which are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
