Led by María Pacas, daughter, mother, coffee expert, and managing director, every coffee is personally guided from finca to final cup. The Natural Pacamara from Finca La Esperanza, known within the family as La Memeya, reflects this philosophy perfectly: distinctive, expressive, and unmistakably Salvadoran.
The Pacamara variety itself was developed in El Salvador in the 1950s by crossing Pacas, a natural Bourbon mutation first discovered on the Pacas family farm in 1949, with Maragogype. Few coffees represent the country’s coffee history more authentically.

Our GREEN MACHINE Matcha is a well-rounded ceremonial grade Matcha great to be served pure or as any milk-based beverage (e.g. Matcha Latte). It’s also our Matcha of Choice when it comes to dessert and pastries. To put a long story short: If you don’t need the highest grade 1st flush Matcha, don’t spend extra money on that.
