We started serving and selling ceremonial grade matcha more than ten years ago — one of the first roasteries to do so. When we put traditional matcha on the menu in 2014, nobody cared. We kept it anyway. Today we source directly from a family farm in Japan. Long-term, transparent, fair. The same approach as our coffee.

Today, our Man vs. Machine Matcha is all about getting ou the best Matcha experience. Whether it's enjoyed in a traditional pure way or as milk based drink like Matcha Latte.

We believe Matcha is not at all a hype product. It's an ancient drink with so many new friends. Which is a good thing. Like great music or great books - it's nice to see the good things are getting appreciated at last.
