We love a good morning brew. But we also know that coffee belongs in the evening, too. That is why we created a late-night drink built on the foundation of a great morning cup.
Crafted with a Master Bartender: to get this recipe right, we did not do it alone. We teamed up with famous bartender Lukas Motejzik. Together, we spent time testing, tasting, and balancing flavors. The goal was simple: create a cocktail that respects the craft of both the bar and the roastery.
Why the Coffee Still Matters: At the centre of our Espresso Martini is real, high-quality espresso. A cocktail might be served after hours, but that does not mean the coffee gets a free pass. Cheap or bitter coffee ruins a good drink. We use fresh, premium beans so the true coffee flavor shines through every single sip.
